The most important part about being a nanny...
Being able to connect with the kids while understanding boundaries and respecting parental wishes. My heart is big and loves my nanny kids, but I will always respect any and all boundaries in regards to their care so long as it is safe and healthy for the child!
My experience with special needs children...
I worked for 2 years as a paraeducator for a self contained special education classroom for grades 1st-5th! Experience with autism and other developmental disabilities, elopement, etc.
