I have experience Caring in for children with autism, it can be challenging at times. but once i understand how their mind works to have a consistent plan in place for our day-to-day routine, I find so much joy caring for them on a day-to-day basis, sharing my love and receiving their love and watching their development stage on a day-to-day basis. Watching them grow and develop their mental skill and mobile skill bring me so much joy.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My sweetest moment is caring for a child with autism and how smart he is. also his determination to fit into this world caring for him since he was three months old, I have learned so much how their brain works. My joyous moment was teaching him to potty train when he finally gets it the look on his face was priceless and I did cry at tears of joy. Moments like this reminds me why I am in childcare why I became a nanny in the first place and it's precious moment like this seeing the ones achieve their goals bring so much my joy to my life.
