The most important part for me is building a genuine bond with each child. Children are very real and their emotions are pure, so earning their trust matters a lot. I also value being part of their development and doing everything I can to help them feel safe, supported, and cared for.

One of my favorite experiences was being there for a baby’s milestones: crawling, first steps, first word, and trying solid foods. I was also teaching him how to share, and he would try to share his pacifier with me but no one else. It was such a sweet moment that made me feel we had a special bond.
