A little bit about me

Hi there,

My name is Falon and I've been a nanny for over a decade now! I specialize in infant and toddler care but I've done it all. I am looking for my next position and a wonderful local family to share my skills with.

I am available to start May 27th, 2024. I am a morning person, so I prefer a 8am-4pm M-F schedule, but I'm flexible.

I pride myself in being a great nanny. I value teaching manners, promoting kindness and sharing. I enjoy teaching about nature and spending as much time as possible outdoors.

I am looking for a competitive salary and compensation package.

I started my current position when my daughter was 2 months old. I work for a family with a boy only 3 months older. This position has been the most joyful I've ever experienced but sadly, they are moving away. Ultimately, I am looking for a family that is just as excited to have my (almost 1yo) girl join me on the job and sees it as an opportunity to socialize our kiddos as they grow together.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I've been support staff at a Montessori school, and a nanny to 4 different families. I consider myself more of a family assistant in that I will help you keep things stocked and organized on top of taking the best care of your children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Lots of outdoor exploration! Art with nature and with supplies. I like to meet up with friends at parks and museums and just help the kiddos thrive.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Having a big heart to love multiple children, having the ability to communicate well with the entire family, and having the reliability and dependability to show up every day with a smile on your face and ready for adventure.

My experience with special needs children...

I have some experience with "special needs" children, but they were not diagnosed at the time. Patience is key!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love potty training week! It's usually extra special when the parents have their doubts and 3-5 days later the kids are fully trained and doing great!
