The most important part of being a nanny is teaching the kids how to be respectful and also independent. Creating good memories together so one day they remember them, as I still do with my former Nannie’s and teachers.

I don’t have experience with kids with special needs, only ADHD.
Depending on the need the kid has, and if I talk with the parents I might be down to work with a kid with special needs, because I would want to do the right thing!

There’s plenty of them, but probably one of my favorites was telling the kids they were gonna drop me off at the airport but we surprised them taking them to Disneyland for Christmas!
