The most important part about being a nanny...
I truly love being a nanny and I am very grateful to be working for such an amazing family. Some things that I found very important about being a nanny is communication. I always try to be transparent about our days even if its something small like if the kiddo got a scrape on their knee. Being a nanny is such a rewarding job and the trust that the parent(s)/guardian(s) have in me to take of their children is something I take very serious.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I am currently a nanny for a 4 year old and 2 year old. One of my favorite moments had to be watching my 4 year olds humor evolve. He told me a very silly and funny joke and it made us laugh so much our stomachs were hurting! It was such a nice moment seeing him tell me a joke that he wouldn't have when he was younger because he wouldn't understand it.
