The most important part about being a nanny...
Although I’ve have not previously had the opportunity to Nanny, previously having been a preschool teacher and working in other settings with children has definitely made me realize the most important thing about working with children is building a connection with them. Building on those connections with their interests, likes and how they function overall. Not only is it important to build connections with the children, but the families as well, which I have learned from working with parents as a preschool teacher.
