As someone who comes from a big family, children have always been part of my life. I started working in a daycare setting in 2019. By 2020 one of my students moms recruited me to be her full time nanny and I have been a nanny ever since. My most recent job started with a 2.5 year old and we welcomed his newborn sister home together.
I have a 3 year old and it’s given me a greater appreciation for good childcare, as it’s not always the easiest to find.
He loved coming on adventure days to work with me but I understand not everyone is comfortable with that and that’s completely fine!
