I’ve worked with many kids who have Aspergers and Down syndrome. I was a teachers assistant For the Special Education classroom and that was a great experience. I don’t like to make a child with special needs feel like they aren’t able to do something on their own. If they can do it I’ll be there to support and cheer them on.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was definitely when I could hear the kids awake in their room But when I walked in they turned the light off and pretended to be asleep. They did end up going to sleep but that was definitely a fun moment.
