Hi, my name is Gillian! I am 21 years old and passionate about children! I began working in daycare in 2020 as an assistant teacher and would float between different classes to provide help to teachers as needed which gave me experience with children of various ages (6 months to 6 years old). I assisted in creating educational, nurturing, and safe classroom environments. Building meaningful relationships with each child and helping empower their individuality, confidence, and creativity is very important to me.
