A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Gillian Cox, I am a 23 year old nursing student. One day I hope to become a pediatric or labor and delivery nurse. I am the oldest of 4 daughters and the oldest of many, many cousins. I have been working with kids since I was 14. From babysitting to traveling to Uganda to volunteer in an elementary school library. I’ve worked at Altadena country club in the kids klub doing crafts and outdoor games, I’ve worked at the Rose Bowl aquatic center during the summer as a camp counselor and lifeguard, and for three summers I worked as a Sunday school teacher for my church. All of my work has helped me gain the ability to adapt to many personalities, ages, and different interests. I have dance experience, sports experience, cooking experience, and much more. These things help me to connect with families and their children so I can be more than just a babysitter.
