What matters the most to me is that the children feel safe, respected and comfortable to be themselves as the development into their unique personalities. It’s also important that the parents feel safe and comfortable with me being around their children and leaving them in my care. It’s my responsibility to make sure I do my part in fulfilling the responsibilities required to be a nanny/babysitter.
