When I was a kid I loved running around outside, especially when the weather is nice. Arts and crafts are some of the more one on one activies where you can see a child's creativity.

One of the most important parts about being a nanny in my eyes would be. Connecting with the kids, communicating what their needs are and how I can help them fill it. Making sure that the parents and I have a completely transparent relationship when it comes to how their kids are.
My experience with special needs children...
When I was in high school my schedule for my last two years was catered to a boy with Down Syndrome. He was unable to accomplish some of his classes without an aid. This is where I came in, granted I've only had experience with high school children.
