I babysat for the same family for 6 years. I grew up caring for my younger sister. I ran a junior lifeguard camp for 3 summers while working as an ocean rescue lifeguard. With my university, I am currently in the process of creating a virtual language program for children wishing to participate in cultural exchange.

Some indoor activities I enjoy to do with children are puzzles, dancing, singing, crafts, museums, or imagination playing (dolls, stuffed animals). Some outdoor activities I enjoy doing with children are biking/walking, playground, outdoor art tours, and swimming.

The most important about being a nanny is making the parent's life a little easier, and making sure the kid(s) feel supported, celebrated, and loved.

I have grown up volunteering with in 21 Down which is an organization that has events for children with any special need, but mostly those with down syndrome.

My favorite nanny moment is when I help kids study for a test, or participate for a game and get to see them succeed! The feeling of joy when they receive a good grade, or score a goal is like no other.
