My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for two twin boys who were very delayed with learning, speech and overall development. Caring for them involved more speech work, school work, and even teaching them certain subjects or concepts! That is my experience with special needs, but am so flexible to work with any special needs!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was one day when the kids could not decide what board game they wanted to play, so I got out the arts and crafts and we all worked together to make our own board game! It was very fun hands on activity! It was my favorite, because to this day I have that game and still play it with the kids!
