I currently work on a 1:1 basis as a nursing assistant in a special-education classroom. Before that, I worked in the hospital, mainly with adults, but I've also held a position at a daycare, as well as 9 years of on-and-off babysitting.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I'm a big fan of creative activities like arts and crafts. I enjoy painting, drawing, and working on hands-on projects with the kids because it helps develop creativity and motor skills, as well as being a fun sensory experience.

I would say the most important part of nannying is maintaining safety while making a positive impact on the home.

A lot of the children that I've cared for professionally have health-related issues causing them to lack mobility, communication, and/or cognitive ability.
