The most important part about being a nanny is entertaining, understanding and relating to the kids if you do not relate to how they are feeling, you will not know what to do. You need to understand if a kid is sad so you can help them or happy so you can be happy for them.

I do not have experience for children with special needs but I did have several friends with special needs that I helped in many ways including academics, communication, being friendly, and a solving problems
The most important part about being a nanny...
I had this one time when I took the children I was caring for outside and all of the kids were having a race, unfortunately they crashed into eachother thankfully they were not hurt but the little girl said she was sorry and hugged the little boy. Cutest experience ever!
