Having the parents know that their children are in great hands. Any having them feel comfortable knowing that. They can leave town and know that there is never nothing to worry about. My past family would include me in everything. And also leave the country for a week at a time. Most important thing about being a nanny to me would be the closeness that happens over the years where I feel like part of the family!
