I think it is super important to have fun with the kids, but to have boundaries. Maintaining expectations set by the parents and being consistent allows kiddos to feel safe and learning to build healthy relationships.

I have worked as a teacher and as a behavioral support to kids with Autism for the past year. Our programs were based in ABA and were tailored to each individual's needs. I also have a brother on the spectrum, so respecting needs of families that have special needs in important to me.
