I think the most important part about being a nanny is being reliable. It is important to be reliable with your time but also I believe it is important to be reliable for the children. Showing up and treating the children with the same love and care each day is extreamly important for how children feel and how comfortable they are. If you are a reliable person in your nanny child’s life it will make a huge difference for them.
