Hi!! My name is Hailey Cartechine and I have 9 years of child care experience. I love to get kids involved into day to day activities, especially when it comes to housework or schoolwork. I have experience providing child care to newborns up until the age of 16. I have also worked with special needs children and it is no bother to me! It give me a new outlook on life. I love to keep areas and rooms clean and organized, I don't like to be in a cluttered space. If errands need to be done , I can complete them while also helping out with some chores around the house. I like to get kids involved into those types of things so they aren't fully on electronics all of the time. I'm looking for a full time nanny job for someone with 1-4 kids. I don't mind the ages. I have been able to find ways to get the kids active and relax by coloring or having a picnic outside. My most recent experience was last month, March 2023 caring for a 1 year old boy. He loved to play outside , and having a picnic.

I have cared for children who have had special needs and even children with basic disabilities. I have volunteered for elementary school children from the ages of 4-12. I have worked in retail as a kids department leader. While also caring for children after school and even in daycare.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to do outdoor activities because I think it’s great for the kids to be outside instead of being cooped up inside growing up with technology. I like to color I like to help them with schoolwork. I like to do anything that the child wants to do especially if it’s getting them off of TV or video games or electronics. I like to help children with their schoolwork or house work or anything that they really need to do just saw that as they get older, they become more independent and have a schedule.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny for me, would definitely be the comfortability of the children in the comfortability of the parents with mannie. I feel as if the children were comfortable with a certain person, but the parents weren’t comfortable with it it could cause some arguments between the household which will cause tension and that’s not good.
