Hello,
My name is Hailey Heaps and I’m 22 years old! I started babysitting at around 12 years old. At the age of 14 my sister and I started a nannying business in our hometown watching 13+ kids from the ages of 6 months to 10 years old. I started my first job as a 3 year old teacher at a local daycare at age 16 and then proceeded to nanny and babysit on the side. I have over 8 years of experience working with children. Including a job as a paraprofessional with special needs kids ages 2-6. I understand that as a parent your child means everything to you. Because of this I make sure to treat each child with love, compassion, understanding and patients. Being a nanny is a lot more then just babysitting it’s becoming a mentor for your child.
