The most important part about being a nanny...
Learning that they aren’t your children and you need to be gentle, caring and understanding that it’s gonna be hard/difficult for the children to accept you right away, they are gonna cry and want their mom/dad and you can’t get frustrated, you have to talk and explain to them that mom and dad will be back and asking them what we can do to make them feel better/happy!

I absolutely love special needs children! In school I worked with special needs kids and they warm my heart so much!
