The most important part about being a nanny...
For someone like me , who grew up with multiple younger siblings and is very family oriented, the most important part of being a nanny is that the children are happy as often as possible. Learning new things at every opportunity as well as having fun and keeping their imagination flowing. On a more professional level , I also like to prioritize good communication between myself and the parents/nanny family on what the set goals and standards are for myself as well as the kid(s).
