A little bit about me

I recently moved to the Florence area in search of job opportunities. I have a bachelors degree in accounting and am a recent MBA graduate. I also have a 2 year old daughter, and like most parents am worried about placing her in daycare to be able to return to work. That being said, I think it would be best for me to stay with her at least until she is old enough for school. I’m looking for an opportunity with a family that would allow me to bring her along with me. She is possibly on the spectrum, so I have experience with special needs and developmental delays. I also have experience babysitting my younger siblings (ages 15, 10, 9) of which 2 of them are also on the spectrum. I have been babysitting them all since babies and am confident I could manage various needs of any child.

My experience with special needs children...

My 2 year old is suspected to be on the spectrum, as well as my two younger brothers (ages 15 and 9), so I have a great deal of experience when it comes to autism. My daughter is currently seeing an early interventionist once a week, so I have also become more aware of how to work with developmental delays.
