More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was employed at Primrose Preschool for a year before having my son, where I received my certifications for early childhood development. I worked with all ages ranging from infant classes to 6 year old classes. I developed curriculums and activities for all ages as well as managing day to day necessities for classes with up to 30 children. Growing up I often babysat and helped my family care for my younger cousins. I have a big family and working with kids is my calling. I decided to look into nannying to have more one on one time with the children I look after, to cater to their individual needs and interests. As opposed to a large classroom where I noticed with my own daughter the individual child’s needs in an educational capacity often get overlooked. I have three children of my own, a 4 year old girl Aria, 2 year old girl Zara, and our little boy John who is a year old. I hope to homeschool them in a few years and am pursuing my degree in child development and education.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
My children and I enjoy going on long walks at the beach or nature trails. We love to go to the playground and swimming at the pool. On our days we spend inside we love to do arts and crafts projects, read books, and play around in the kitchen cooking or making science experiments.

The most important part of working with children for me has been seeing the growth in my kids, seeing them finally reach a goal and be inspired by their own hard work.
My experience with special needs children...
I don’t have personal experience with special needs children. I have worked with a few children with Autism in a preschool capacity. I have done research and feel up to the challenge.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite part about working at my preschool was the relationship I developed with two students named Ava and Freya. Their personalities were a match to my daughters Aria and Zara. They always butt heads but we’re best friends by the end of the day. They looked up to my daughter Aria who is a little bit older than them and were so excited to see us both and do art projects with us everyday.
