"Haley has turned into an invaluable member of the family during the last 11 months of taking care of our 19m old son. She started when he was about 9 months and she has talent to see and enhance what the child is interested in - I am not artsy but she is and so she started doing fingerpainting and other creative things with him and he loved it. Still does. I just personally wouldn't have noticed him being so interested it at 10 months! She is very reliable and honest, been an incredible member in our bubble during covid. She does not need to be micromanaged as if I am in a meeting and cannot advise what and how as I often like doing, she is fine to make her own decisions and they are always spot on. Her being a mother herself is a huge asset as I trust her completely and our kids can play together which helps my son socialise (during covid its especially important). Strongly recommend her for any age groups as well as any developmental age - she will know what to do with them!"
