The most important part of this job for me is the impact I have on the kids and the family. I like to treat my families as if they are my own. I always talk about these families like they’re my kids. I want to try and make the best impact on their life and help them grow as well!
My experience with special needs children...
I will say that I don’t have too much experience with special needs children. However when I worked at my daycare there were 3-4 children in my class that were special needs. As well as 3 others in the class below mine.

I think my favorite moment happened with the family I’m with now. His name is Luke and he’s 15 months. I’ve been with them since he was 3 months. My favorite moment happened when he started saying no for the first time he was with me and ran around for the next week yelling “no no” “no no” 😂
