I love riding bikes, scooters, state boards ecs. I enjoy playing catch with a baseball or pass with a volleyball, soccer ball ecs. Even tho I might not be that good I like arts and crafts. I also love to cook and bake. And a great way to calm ourselves is snuggling up and readying a good book or watching a movie.
