A little bit about me

I have been working with kids since I practically was one- babysitting, tutoring, lifeguard at summer camp, nannying, and then teaching inclusive special education for the last 6 years. As I am leaving my teaching career I am looking to get back to what brought me the most joy- spending time outside playing with kids and helping them learn how to navigate their world. I am a great cook and make vegetarian meals for myself and my partner every day. I grew up with artist parents so I am no stranger to painting, ceramics, woodburning, paper-making, and tons of other crafty past-times. I just love to be silly and weird and find ways to laugh together with good people.
