I am 43/F, married with two dogs (one has three legs!) living on the Peninsula. I was raised by a super mama who worked her entire life as a caregiver for infants, children and the elderly, as well as being an EMT. I learned everything I know about infant and childcare and health from her, and helped raise my two nephews and niece from birth both full-time and whenever needed. Though I have no children of my own by choice, I am a go-to caregiver for friends who are new parents and pride myself on compassionate, engaging nannying and sitting with a huge emphasis on safety, peace and developmental wellbeing. I understand every family parents differently based on preferences & customs, so I am adaptable to a variety of parenting styles and wishes. I am an excellent communicator, medically knowledgeable and have a lot of experience with therapeutic approaches to people. When I am not working in the arts or culinary fields, I am usually writing, adventuring with my pups or cooking.
