A little bit about me

Hi there, my name is Hannah and I live in the Greater Sac area. I have 10+ years experience working with chldren of all ages, from newborns up until pre-teens! I have experience with children with special needs as I have not only been a nanny/household manager for multiple families all with children with special needs but all through middle school and high school I volunteered on campus with the special education teachers as a teacher's aid. Preferably I would like to find one family that is a perfect fit and have a fairly set hourly schedule each week, but I have absolutely no qualms with getting to know more than one family. I would also prefer to earn at least 16 hours weekly but of course I am always flexible. As of now I have complete availability. I am also EMSA Pediatric CPR and First Aid certified.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have volunteered all throughout middle school and high school as an assistant or a teachers aid for multiple special needs classrooms. I was a "Perry-Ellis" and CPR trained lifeguard at the Folsom Aquatic Center from age 15-19.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy many outdoor sports such as: Soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, kickball, football, tennis, volleyball, equestrian, and more. Whilst indoors I enjoy mind-sharpening exercises that improve overall sharpness cognitive ability. I do love going to the movies, going on walks, reading, board games, and story time.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I first started my career as a nanny because I know how hard it is have a full-time career AND a family, and I wanted to make that as easy as possible for both the parents and the children. I believe that there is absolutely no shame in needing a little or a lot of help sometimes...and that's where I come in!
