"Hannah is very attentive and caring. Each child she works with is treated as one of her own. Outside stress does not heavily impede her working hours and life and when at work that is her primary focus. I would not let Hannah's age deter you from thinking she is a great candidate. She is extremely mature for her age and still young enough to relate to and connect with children of all ages.
