I love getting active with kids (tires them out and is super fun!). A walk outside, playing the-floor-is-lava, and homemade obstacle courses are some favorites of mine.

One time with two boys I cared for regularly, they decided to show me their mom's workout routine. It was complete with downward dogs, push-ups, and pilates. All, of course, kid-modified!
