More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have volunteered in my church in the kids center with kids from 1 to 5 years old.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love spending time outdoors with kids—whether it’s going to the park, playing games, or just getting fresh air and being active. I also really enjoy creative activities like arts and crafts, building things, and imaginative play. It’s so fun to see kids use their creativity and come up with their own ideas. I try to keep kids engaged in hands-on, interactive activities and encourage play that keeps them off screens while still having fun and learning.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is understanding each family’s unique needs and supporting them in whatever way I can. Every child is different, so I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment where they feel supported and can be themselves. Building trust with both the child and the family is key, and I always strive to be reliable, caring, and attentive in everything I do.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments has been coming back to the family I work with and hearing the little girl start to speak more—especially when she said my name for the first time. It was such a special and meaningful moment.
Another moment that meant a lot to me was when I left for college and they gave me a hug and asked when I would be back. It reminded me how strong those bonds can be.
Experiences like these are why I care so much about what I do—I want to make sure I leave a positive, lasting impact on the kids I work with.

Babysitter Available in Castle Pines, CO: Layla F.
Hey! My name is Layla! Throughout high school, I work at after school program for K-6 that required monitoring and watching 15-20 children (supervisor present most days). Many weekends were spent babysitting some of the individual students. Currently, I have a full-time job but will babysit many of my friend’s children. I am very caring and love being around kids - they truly inspire me in many ways so I am looking for opportunities to do this more.

Hi! :) My name is Haylie Padden. I am a certified Registered Behavior Technician of 2 1/2 years whom works with children diagnosed with autism or other related disorders from ages 2-6 years old. As an RBT I have learned how to care for the well being of the children that I am supervising and caring for 8 hours a day while making the day fun and exciting! The reason I would like to become a nanny is because I know I could provide good care and help for the family and children that are under my supervision. It would be nice to dedicate my time solely to one family so that I can really give it my all. My hobbies include going for walks, participating in anything creative, and reading. If you choose me as your nanny I promise to care for and love your little ones as much as you could possibly hope someone would!
