The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part on being a nanny in my opinion is making sure to really know the kids you work with and being able to understand why they react a certain way and what there favorite things are to learn and do. Another important part is to understand how to help them when they are feeling certain ways and to resolve it the best way you know.

I used to work on a farm in Georgia where we had special needs kids come and ride our horses all the time and I have much experience with them!
