Hi! My name is Haydan Ransom and I am 24 years old. I do have my food handlers, CPR/SBS/SIDS certifications, and mandated reporter training. I have an open availability, and am willing to work with your schedule! I have approximately 3 years of experience in daily nannying, around 5 years of babysitting experience, and experience with special needs children. I can help with pickup/drop off, travel, errands, cooking, house chores, diaper changing/potty training, and any schooling help. I have the most experience with newborns and toddlers, ages 0-4, but I have also been a full time nanny for a child 12-14 for about 1-1 1/2 years. I have also worked in a position which gave me the opportunity to watch and participate in lesson planning, Reggio-style teaching, and how to understand/work with 10-24 month olds. This position included diaper changing, snack/lunch time, planned activities, circle time, and educational-interactive lessons.
