A little bit about me

I have worked with children throughout my life on and off. My Mom was also a Nanny her entire life so I have always been around children of various ages. I have been a Medical Biller/ Receptionist for last 15 years and am finding no satisfaction or enjoyment in that role anymore. Wld like to go back to looking forward to going to my job. I more recently have been working with a woman who has a Traumatic Brain Injury. Although fulfilling, the physical and mental needs have taken a toll on me. I have babysat since I was 14yo. I have a 19yo child and 9 nieces and nephews that I have had in my care at all stages of their lives. I also have families that I have worked with sporadically that will be happy to provide references.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Love walks and parks, anything outside I will engage children in thoughtful play. Coloring, stories, games. My daughter was the typical kiddo who wanted 20 books before bed. She is a high honor student at Chatham University so I have proof it pays off.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Obviously my main objective will be your child(children) and meeting all their needs. I also hope to give parents the confidence of leaving their child in the care of someone who will make them their ONLY priority. (Not being on phone,, engage child in healthy play etc).
