A little bit about me

I am a nanny with a bachelor's in Psychology and minor in child development. I have taken care of children since I was young, but worked as a fulltime nanny (50+hrs/wk) for 2 young girls for almost 3 years. My passion is teaching little ones, I love engaging with babies to create opportunities to maximize cognitive potential. Watching babies learn by talking, reading, singing, playing, and exploring is my favorite way to spend a day. My goal is to provide safe, fun, enriched environments that inspire babies to become advanced, inquisitive, considerate, and mindful kids.

I have experience with most ages, including children and young adults who have special needs. I primarily worked with children 0-5. I would love to find another family with a baby to work with full time long term. It brought me such joy teaching the girls I worked with before. I can't wait to help teach a new little one.

I worked at a special needs inclusion day camp with school aged children and teens who had a variety of needs including autism, down's syndrome, cerebral palsy, and more. I also worked for years in a special needs day orogram for young adults and primarily worked with individuals who are non verbal and non ambulatory.
