A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Heather Abdon! I am 24 years old and I am currently living in Buffalo/Pleasant Hope! I attend Brighton Assembly Church and help in the nursery time to time. I am a mom to a 2 year old girl & 1 month old boy! They are my best friends of course! I’ve always loved taking care of children and watching them grow! I’ve been a nanny since I was 16! I was a nanny to 4 kids for our pediatrician for 2 years before I started my own family. I’m currently saving to go back to college to get my early childhood education degree. My biggest dream is to be a teacher! I’d love to get to know you and your family and I’m hoping to teach and learn new things as well! I’m looking for a family who would allow me to watch their children in my home! I would provide meals & activities. We are a dye free & very limited technology home. We have an outside dog, gated yard, and are in a very safe neighborhood!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been on a medical mission trip to Ethiopia, we cared for over 200 children for 2 weeks. I have been a nanny since I was 16 and worked in a daycare for a year. I have also nannied for my sister for 5 years. Now I’m a mom to two sweet children!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love making crafts and teaching. I love cooking, baking, cleaning and organizing. That is something I’d love to teach to children as well.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Teaching the importance of life and the amazing qualities that come along with learning!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment I’ve ever had was when we drove over 50 miles and walked 10,000 steps while “dragon hunting.” I will never forget it and I hope the kiddos never forget as well!
