A little bit about me

Hi my name isn’t Heather and I Am from New Orleans. I moved to orchard park last year after the hurricane and am looking to continue my nanny career. I have worked with newborn to age 12. I have worked with special needs (autism spectrum and Down’s syndrome mosaic). I have also worked with multiples but years ago. I went to school for early childhood education and decided being a nanny and working one on one with children was a better fit for me than the classroom setting. I did work as a two year old teacher and this is what got me to my decision of just being a nanny. I love kids and love teaching. I have been working in the nanny field for well over ten years. Some families I am still in contact with. I did light housekeeping on top of the childcare duties. I kept a journal and also sent photos during the day so the family could keep up with the goings on of their child(ren).
