The most important part about being a nanny...
The very first time i became a nanny I was working with this seven year old autistic kid. I was his very first babysitter and it was our first day meeting. He was non-verbal but communicated well with what he needed. He was feeling sick and mom gave me permission to give him some medicine. He had climbed into my lap and fell asleep on me. Even when dad came home from work he didnt want tk let me go. That was the moment I know I wanted to continue babysitting.
