Hello parents, A little bit about myself. Born in Cuba to American parents. Came to U. S. In 1962. Grew up in Miami Florida. Moved to SC in February to be close to family. I have worked in many jobs but my favorite job is taking care of children and helping the parents whenever I can. The most important qualities a nanny can have are enthusiasm, a love for children, common sense, and trustworthiness. Families trust nannies with their cherished children and they deserve to have someone who truly cares about them, has fun with them, and won't put them in harm's way. I am willing to carry out various household tasks as needed, and I can prepare light snacks and lunch for the children. I do not mind cleaning up after the children or washing their clothes when needed.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to Play hide and seek, kick/throw the ball, Hot Potato, walk outside, explore, swim, draw, read them a book, let them look at a page and tell me what is going on paint, color, watch a special movie, eat snacks, take a walk with a stroller...so many things to do.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of the most important parts of being a nanny is to have fun with them, cry with them if they are hurting, and pay real attention to them. We should let grow in them their compassion for others, understanding of themselves and others, and sharing because as they say sharing is caring. We all have unique and funny personalities and qualities that we can help develop for the good of all.
