More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have experience volunteering, teaching Spanish to children. I've also cared for my younger sisters practically my entire life (I have three children, ages 14, 12, and 2). I've volunteered in elementary school with Middly as a general math and English tutor for children who have recently arrived from other countries (or if they need help, no necessarily inmigrants).
And also teaching little kids with reading in different languages and speaking.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I'm passionate about teaching, but I also enjoy being creative. I took psychology classes and enjoy making games that include psychology, teaching children a variety of things. I also enjoy walking, being in parks, or existing in nature with children. Sometimes I go on hikes to research different types of plants and learn about them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part about being a nanny is building a trusting relationship with the child and the family. It's not just about watching a child, it's about being someone they feel safe with, someone they can rely on emotionally and mentally. I believe in creating a calm and loving environment, while also helping the child grow, learn, and feel confident in themselves. I always try to be patient, responsible, and keep strong communication with the parents, because teamwork matters when you're taking care of a child.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I once babysat a very adventurous one-year-old. We were upstairs looking out the window, watching the cars go by. He would wave and say "bye" in the sweetest little voice. That was the moment I realized how much I truly loved my job.
