Haiii my name is Xennesys but you can call me Xenny (henny)! I am the oldest of 6 so I’ve always had to help out with children I’ve only included how long I’ve professionally worked and been paid for working with children which is 3 years. I have taken care of two lovely girls ages 8 and 11, sometimes their cousins so two families which includes 3 more ages 4, 11, 13. I love working with kids I mostly focus on making sure they’re having fun I’m in touch with technology but mostly enjoy doing fun arts and crafts since I paint as well. I love keeping everyone engaged and being able to talk and understand them. My favorite part is always when I noticed that the kids completely forget about their tablets probably the best compliment I could get. Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love love baking, painting, and board games. The ones I’ve notice they enjoy most is probably board games and baking thought not a lot seem happy with paint unless there is a mess 💔😔(NOT to shut down on their creativity of course but not a lot of parents are fond of the idea with bright green paint staining anything)

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being understanding and patient, kids will cry and get upset even if it’s small it’s probably their biggest problem and it’s important for me to reassure them validating their feelings while respecting their boundaries. That and keeping a safe environment of course :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love to bake home made sweets, one of the girls I care for has a huge sweet tooth so I don’t know why but it makes me happy whenever she wants a sweet treat instead of asking to buy she asks me to make it for her instead. That one or when I participate in bake sales for the kids it helps whenever I see them excited to show off my hard work to their friends and classmates :D
