A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Holly Grace, and I am a senior at Texas State University who is majoring in speech pathology. I chose this path as my career because I have always loved working with children and helping families!

I have been a nanny now for 7 years, and the first family I was with when I first started had 4 little one who were 2, 3, and two 6 month olds. I was with them for four years, and loved every minute of it! Besides playing with the kiddos I also helped with cleaning, picking up around the house, meal prepping, cooking dinner for the family, and running errands.

I am still currently nannying for a family, but due to me leaving for graduate school in May the new nanny is going to start at the end of January, so starting February 1st I am able to help Monday-Thursday after 2pm! Please reach out if you need any help, I would love to talk!

I have been a nanny for 7 years, and I have been an assistant swim coach over the past couple summers. I also have led basketball camps at my old high school, and I have worked at a church nursery!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love being outside the most with the children, playing sports, and running around! I also like to craft and play board games or dress up inside!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being able to make sure the kiddos are having fun, but also are safe. And to remember to have patience and love when things aren’t going the way we want it too.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for many, during high school I was in two classes where I got to help teach children with special needs and then I also was in gym class with them. I also have babysat for 2 children with special needs consistently over the years.
