Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I babysat for a household of 4 siblings, all from ages 3 months old to 7 years old for 3 years. They were my first littles to learn from, and caring for all of them at once was a journey I never knew would mean so much to me! Most recently, I was a nanny for 2 years to a toddler that did everything with me! Unfortunately, I had to move away from him or else I would still have that little guy with me!
Aside from nannying, I have been a CNA (certified nursing assistant) for the last 4 years. I always say “when I’m not taking care of my older folks, I’m taking care of babies. And vise versa!”

Swim lessons, Montessori activities, biking, coloring, climbing trees, reading, working on letters & numbers, chalk! Anything outside is one of my first options for children!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Watching my little ones grow into their own personality is my favorite part of being a nanny. Every child is different and I love getting to learn about life through their eyes.

My favorite part of being a nanny is when my kids yell “Hopie’s home!” after I've been away for the weekend and they jump into my arms!
