I worked at a daycare in Fargo, ND for about a year caring for children of all ages.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I believe getting away from screens is a big deal. So walks will be taken around the neighborhood, lots of outside time during the nice days. Reading I love reading to kids and seeing their eyes light up it’s so rewarding to know you’re helping fuel their imagination by reading to them. Baking is always fun it’s a great way to have them help out and feel proud of what they’ve made, as well as a little help with clean up, because you have to leave things the way you found them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Having a positive impact on Children and making them feel comfortable and safe when parents aren’t around.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for a child with Down syndrome and things couldn’t have gone smoother :)
I have also worked with adults with special needs I know it’s different but a lot of the same techniques were used with adults as with children of special needs.
