Hello, my name is Idis, 20. I’ve spent most of my life caring for children since my family always depended on me to watch over the young ones in the family. I started caring for children when I was a child myself and always loved it.
I worked as a counselor from [phone number hidden], counseling young children with troubled homes and/or mental disabilities. I also worked as a babysitter from when I was 16 until I was 18 helping out with children from ages 3months to 11 years of age.
I’m absolutely infant and child certified in every way. I have no problem cooking or cleaning, and Changing diapers is never a problem.
Money isn’t my only motivation when selecting this job, although anything helps being that I’m pregnant myself and looking for a job.

I enjoy teaching moments, cooking, cleaning, reading, etc. I also enjoy playing with children I love hearing the laughs of glee when children are being children. My imagination allows me to step into their world and engage in their activities.

The most important part of being a nanny is understanding the huge responsibility of taking care of children. Children are fragile with big hopes and dreams, imagination and they’re spontaneous. You have to be a patient, caring, imaginative, observant, and outgoing person to give children the special care they need.

My experience with special needs children...

I have extensive experience with special needs children as I counseled them, my main job as a counselor was to talk to and help with enrichment activities. Some people are intimidated by children with special needs but there’s nothing more special than watching them bud into beautiful flowers.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is walking into a house and watching the children's faces light up because they’re so excited to see me! I like to grow a bond with every child I meet.
