My experience with special needs children...
I have experience with kids with autism and adhd. 3 out of my 10 siblings have autism, but i have also babysat children who are nonverbal with autism. They're wonderful joys just as much as any other kid!

When kids are simply just kids. I love to do activities with kids that doesn't involve much screen time to enhances cognitive abilities. Overall, doing physical activities are not only better for kids, but for me as well!
